    May I record and use episodes of Liberty's Kids for my classroom?

    Schools may record the programs off the air and use the programs for educational purposes for one (1) year following each public television release of the programs.


    Are there teachers materials or resources for educators?

    Why are the shows repeating or not being shown in chronological orders?

    Thank you for your interest in Liberty's Kids! There have been 40 episodes created for the Liberty's Kids series. The first 25 episodes ran consecutively with six new episodes added in November, 2002. In Spring of 2003, nine additional episodes will be added to the series. Each PBS station has a slightly different schedule, so be sure to check with them for the exact dates.

    Can I buy Liberty's Kids books?

    Thank you for your interest in Liberty's Kids! Penguin Putnam is publishing 4 companion books that will be released this year in all major bookstores. Books 1 & 2 are scheduled to be released in June 2003 and books 3 & 4, in the Fall of 2003.

    Why am I seeing repeats of the show when they have not played all the way through?

    What is the name of the theme song and who sings it?

    The theme song is "Through My Own Eyes" and is performed by Aaron Carter and Kayla.


    Does Aaron Carter play a role in Liberty's Kids?

    Aaron Carter plays the part of Joseph Plumb Martin, a special guest in two episodes. Aaron and Kayla sing the "Liberty's Kids" theme song, which begins every episode.
